Under this agreement we negotiate a fee that will be paid to us for undertaking all the work associated with recovering a debt from a non-paying debtor. It is one of the most common methods of settlement for such services.
- Purchasing the debtUnder certain circumstances, Credit Intelligence KFT will also consider buying some debt off of your hands. In this case, we will negotiate a price below the face value of the debt, pay this amount to our client and then attempt to recover the full amount of the debt.
